Audi Repair: audi a6 transmission, audi a6 quattro, audi a6

Question
I took my audi a6 quattro non turbo in to have the transmission rebuilt.  It has been there for 8 weeks and still not fixed due to a problem the shop can't figure out.
The car will not shift.  Sensors in the rebuilt transmission have been replaced once and the sensor harness on the audi was just replaced and it still will not shift.  Help!  These guys have done audis before and I checked them out as well as I could but they can not figure this thing out.

Answer
It sounds like your repair shop is throwing parts at a problem they have not properly diagnosed.  Take it to someone that knows the transmission, it is no good letting people train on your own car...  Not many transmission 'experts' know these transmissions.
Good luck,  Jan
