Audi Repair: Car locking system acting weird, passenger doors, vagcom

I have a 2002 Audi A4T quattro and it just started acting wierd. For example the alarm doesn't work, i can lock all the passenger doors with the key button but not the driver door, when the car is running it beeps like the door is left open, when i turn on the headlights it beeps like when the headlights are left on when the car is off and the windows won't roll down but the sun roof has power. Got any ideas what the problem is and how I can fix it.

It sounds like the convenience module is faulty,it is located under the  passenger side foot well under the carpet. but before replacing it it would be worth it if you check that all the switches on the door locks and in the boot(trunk) are not malfunctioning,

You will need access to diagnostic software like VAGCOM to replace the module as it contains the memory for the key remote and will need to be re-programmed if replaced.
