Audi Repair: Audi A4 TDI 02 air conditioning & hazard signals prob., audi a4 tdi, duty accessories

on my Audi, A/C is operating only when car is turned off (probably blowers only as compressor there is no way way how to work), when start engine A/C turns off.
The other concern is Hazard signals, when i turn on the engine, emergency signal turns ON and remains like that for 2mins.

Sounds like your car has a Gremlin in it.  When you start, the load reduction relay takes the power from hevay duty accessories, and re-enables them after the car has started.  Maybe there is a problem with that relay. I have no idea why the hazard light would malfunction like you describe...  Let me know what you find,  Jan
