Audi Repair: audi A6 problems with Radio and battery during start, audi radios, audi a6

My car has just recently began to have problems only I don't know where they begin my radio only displays the word SAFE on it and it will not play and now my battery seems to stutter a bit during start up the volts jump around the car sounds like it is having difficulty starting but once it starts volts read good and car runs fine except for me yelling at the radio to work.
