Audi Repair: Door lock problems, audi a4 quattro, vacuum lines

Question
I own a 98' Audi A4 Quattro 1.8L turbo. My car was in an accident where I had to replace the passenger side doors. Its been about 3 months and now Im having a problem with the locks. When I put the key in the door to unlock all the doors  the locks in all the doors no longer unlock only the drivers side door does, and the alarm stays activated. So when I go to open the door the factory alarm goes off and the kill switch in the ignition is activated so I can no longer start the motor. Now when I need to go anywhere I have to let the alarm run and pop-start the car. Is there anyway to reset the computer or do anything to make the lock system work correctly again?

Answer
It sounds like one of the vacuum lines in the passenger side has come undone.  You will have to take both the door panels off, then it should be fairly easy to follow the vacuum lines and see if you can find the leak or disconnect.  They are typically fairly hard plastic and colored white or green.  Let me know,  Jan
