That was funny, the Christmas light! More test and results:1) Yes, every time when the cluster lights goes off there was a small "Click" sound. 2) There was small buzzing (or humming) noise when the cluster lights were on, but it goes off with the "Click". 3) The EPC, Engine Check and the battery lights never goes off. There were always on. The about test were done without the engine running.

The clicking you are hearing is a relay.  I would remove the lower dash panel on the driver's side (On my LHD car) to get to the relay panel.  When you repeat this test, just feel each relay and try to determine which one it is.  That relay may be bad, or it will lead us to the cause of the problem.  Let me know,  Jan
