Audi Repair: 98 Audi A6 starting probs, coolant temp, starter problem

Question
The car has set over christmas break, only being driven occasionally over the last month.  It went about 1.5 wk w/out being started as I was out of town, and now it will not start.  There was a large ice/snowstorm a few days prior to the car not starting.  It doesn't seem to be a battery/starter problem as the car will crank but just cant quite turn over.  Any ideas?  Thank you in advance.

Answer
hello
I have seen many 2.8 engines, with leaking injectors or bad coolant temp. sensor.
I will start with new coolant sensor and set of plugs.
If this does  not help , you may have leaking injectors and they just flood the cylinders over the time. I think, that if you keep cranking it will start. Sometimes the temp sensor gets stuck in -40 deg. and floods the engine with fuel.
