QuestionHi. I recently went through the air vents taking on water. The advice about drain hoses was good. I went for a while with the fan blowing when water was in there. Now I am faced with a heater fan that is not blowing.
First, I cannot locate the fuse for the heater fan. The manual is somewhat obscure about it.
Second, all electronics are working on climate control, just no fan operation. Besides a possible blown fuse, is there anything else I may need to check?
I am dreading Audi pulling apart my dash to replace a fan motor!!!

Sorry it took so long.
First of all , blower motor is under the hood ,so you will not have to remove dash. I do not have manual for this car ,so I do not know exact location of the fuse . My wire diag. is saying fuse S25 on pass. side foot well.
Just look for bad fuse or check for power at the blower.
Looks like 12V goes there from the fuse and A/C control head gives power and controls the blower. If there is no power at the blower - look for the fuse. If you have 12V - check for ground at the motor with blower ON. Let me know.
