P1625 - 35-00 -  - AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ADJUST THROTTLE????????????  GETTING CRAZY WITH THIS CAR

Answer
It sounds like there may be an incorrect electrical connection somewhere.  Did any wires get caught when you did the transmission removal?  Is the transmission an exact replacement of the original?  I would carefully check the throttle position wiring, since you already rpelaced the sensor.  follow it back to see if you can find a cut or chafing in the wiring loom, and check that you are getting the right voltages at the sensor.  Let me know,  Jan
