Audi Repair: 2000 audi a4 front end damage, shock absorber, frame rack

Question
My 2000 a4 was in a front end collision and both shock absorber that the bumper bolt to were bent about 45 degrees towards passenger side.  my question is can it be straightened out on a frame rack or does the frame have to be cut and a new frame welded on.

Answer
hello and sorry about your car, hope you are OK.
All depends on body shop. My A6 had r/side bent down, and it was a lot. Body shop said they will try to fix it and they did. On the most of Audis, I think you can replace the "end plates" or a piece of the rail and it will come with the plate. So, it's up the body shop - if they can fix it or replace.
good luck ,          greg
