Audi Repair: A4 Right Headlight MIL & Daytime Running Light, incandescent light bulbs, daytime running light

For the past few weeks, every now and then I'll hear a beep and the MIL for the right main headlight comes on.  After a while (sometimes minutes, sometimes hours or a couple of days) the MIL goes out.  When the MIL is on, the right daytime running light is out, but all the other lights work fine.  When the MIL goes out, the daytime running light is back on.  The dealer tells me it's a bad bulb, but incandescent light bulbs don't come on and go off by themselves many times without blowing.  This has happened 15-20 times.  Could it be something other than the bulb?  I really don't want to pay the dealer a couple hundred bucks to replace a $5 light bulb.

If this comes ON and OFF , and the bulb was replace already  , I would thing there has to be loose connection somewhere and it makes warning to come on the cluster.
Now the biggest problem will be to find out where is it?
Since, this only happen sometimes they will not be able diag the car knowing it's fixed in 100%. This may sound crazy ,but i will try to find out someone who has the same car and try to switch the whole light. We had some problems on B7 A4 where low beam was going out by it self, and come back one when key was switch ON OFF. Problem was inside the light, something was getting loose.
