Audi Repair: audi4 97, air flow sensor, vacuum leak

i have 3 codes in the car,p1136,p0102,p0455.can you please help me to fix it.

Sorry , it took so long , but i was away for the few days.
P1136- lean condition, check all the vacuum hoses, you may see broken hose on the intake or combi valve on the back of cylinder head.
P0102 - looks like bad mas air flow sensor
P0455 - Evap leak, make sure your gas cap is OK. This may need more diag to find out where the leak is .
But, I will take care of the other 2 and reset faults, sometimes large vacuum leak will set EVAP faults.
