Audi Repair: 01 Audi A6 Transmission Clunk at Stops, audi a6, auto transmission

My 2001 A6 clunks everytime I come to a stop. It appears that the auto transmission clunks when downshifting from 2 to 1. Audi replaced the entire transmission under warranty but it didn't help. They also replaced the spark plugs and 1 fuel injector and said that would fix the problem from misfire. But still didn't fix it. Any ideas?!

Most of the time new trans fix the problem , but maybe the noise is not in the trans . I have seen a lot of clunks coming from front ends ,but it also will make noises over bump.
