Audi Repair: Horn not working, audi a3, steering rack

Hi Greg,

I recently had the steering rack on my audi a3(1997) repaired as there was shuddering coming from underneath the front drivers side. This was repaired but on return of my car the horn was not working. It was working fine the day before and it seems like too much of a coincidence for it not to be related to the repair. The garage says they worked on the other side but i disagree. What do you think?

I going to say that the garage is right. Steering rack is outside of the car, they may go inside only to disconnect 1 bolt which is very close to floor (right by the brake pedal), so if they only work on steering rack I do not think  they damaged or broke something.
