Do you know anything about the Load Reduction Relay? Could that be causing my problems? I did not find anymore fuses. Is there a way to test it?

Answer
To check the load reduction relay, turn on the headlight and any electrical equipment. Crank the engine if all the electrical acessories shut off while cranking, then it is working. The load reduction relay is used to cut power to electrical accessories so that the starter motor gets all the power.
