Auto Electronics: rear wiper wont switch off, 12 volt, park position

Hi I have an Audi A4 Avant 2003 and the rear wiper just started swiching on and off on its own and would just park it self were ever it wanted now it just runs all the time the igniton is on it seems to stop in the park position but only for a split second then its off again i have checked the edge connector to the motor and i have neuteral on the brown and 12 volt on the other three wires could the fault be a relay if so were would i find it manny thanks...ken
