Answer
Hi Jimmy,

The first problem I have with drivability problems is logistics. I am not at the vehicle to diagnose. However with this being said, I can give you a couple of ideas.
This could be a fuel system choked off from a plugged fuel filter. If it has never been changed and the low quality of gasoline we get these days, you may want to change any way because it is something you do need.Who knows, might even fix your problem as well.
A plugged catalytic converter can give you this problem as ell Being that one can't buy a test tube any longer which is just a pipe that replaces the converter. The exhaust at the engine would have to be taken loose feeding into the converter then driven to see if there is a power difference with this very loud car.
That i the two main things I can think of. You did not mention ifthe check engine or emissions light had come on for you.

Good luck and let me know how it works out.
