Cadillac Repair: security, auto theft consultant forensic expert in criminal cases, New orleans denied auto theft claims

Question
ok i'm not sure if you mean aftermarket secruity systems but when i start the car it shuts down stating that it's an anti-theft problem.  I tried using the key in the door and turning the ignition on for twenty minutes then trying to start all with the same results.  oh it's a 1997 cadillac eldorado my question is if i change the computer could this solve my problem.  as i stated in the beginning if this is not in your area of expertise i apologize for waisting your time

Answer
Hello,

I need some more clarity. You state hen you start the car it shuts down. Do you mean the engine started and is running and then shuts down? Do you mean you tray to start and nothing happens?
You should have the VATS in that car with a big ugly resistor chip in the ignition key. Is that correct?
