QUESTION: 1991 chrysler imperial 3.3 motor nothing has been modified as far as i know

Answer
Hi Bill,
Fuse #13 powers many systems as well as the power antenna. The signal wire from the antenna to the RS amplifier is black/red and it goes through a 3-wire disconnect at the passenger side cowl panel in the cabin. The other two wires are for the antenna motor and should show 12v between them when the antenna is going up or down with reversing polarity. You could test the signal from the antenna by opening the disconnect and listening for any change in the radio output. If none, then I would suspect the radio is the problem. I don't see why the fuse would stop the radio from working
