How can I do it myself fix my trunk to close and stay with out buying anyrhing?

Well, if you don't want to buy anything and you want to just slam the trunk down like a normal car, here you go-

Remove trim at striker on the body. First check the 15 amp fuse and change if blown and trunk pull down might work. If not, on trunk here are three bolts at the latch loosen and slide (has adjustment slots) latch almost as far as it will go. tighten. try closing trunk. If it does not close, lower the latch a little more. tighten until it closes tight. Put it all together.
