I recently changed the fuel tank on a 2003 cadillac cts and now the fuel pump is not working...and has no power please help

Hello,

There is no general solution to tell you why you don't have power other than a blown fuse (from multiple few boxes). The only thing you are left with is to go through the diagnostic flow charts as found in a factory service manual, which should be able to be downloaded at http://www.alldata.com for about $30.00. That would take all the guess work out.
