QuestionI have constant power going to my power lock and window fuse also the radio should turn off after opening the driver door but it don't it goes off when the pass door opens interior lights don't come on with driver door only the auto level is disconected also is there a way o fix this with out tnt

You are confusing circuits here. Constant power does go to locks at all times. Constant power goes to window at all times. Radio is switched power except in retained power mode. That is when you turn engine off. Retained power will operate acc for ten minutes, unless door is opened. Retained power has a separate circuit breaker.
Now, my memory is not good enough to remember back 21 years through just about every car built that I have worked on. In such cases, it is common to refer to the use of a factory service manual.
With that being said, I need you to look for something. I need you to open the driver's door and look forward to the pillar at the pinch point and tell me if there is a button type switch in the body. If there is, your problem could be very easy to fix. If not, it will be more complicated.
What is happening is that because your driver's door is not turning on your dome light, retained power is not seeing it to shut the radio off.
