Cadillac Repair: 96 Deville, turn signals, emergency flashers

My emergency flashers work but my turn signals will not work at all. I checked all fuses none were blown. What could be my problem?

Hello,

You have a bad flasher. Your 4 ways are on a separate flasher. Some of these flashers have one unit for 4 way and the other for turn signals. In this case, you need to replace the unit. Otherwise, you will find a separate flasher under the dash by the steering column for turn signals.
