Cadillac Repair: 99 Deville crazy RPMs, volt ohm meter, cadillac deville

I have a 1999 Cadillac Deville that's pushing high RPM's while im in Park then jerks when i shift to drive or reverse...revs high when in neutral also...

Sounds like a faulty IDLE SPEED CONTROL MOTOR (ISC) which requires PRECISE adjustments when replaced.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
