Cadillac Repair: Need Help!!!!, rear struts, volt ohm meter

Question
I own a 1989 Cadillac Sedan Deville that when purchased from private owner always sat low in the rear. I recently replaced the front & rear struts and had the same proplem with the back end. I was told to replace the rear coil springs and did such. However, it raised the rear to where it is supposed to be but I get an enormous amount of bouncing from the rear as if I were in a lowrider. Can you help???
It doesn't even ride like a cadillac anymore...
Thanks for any help given - KEEF

Answer
I KNOW what your problem is.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information necessary to fix your vehicle.
