ANSWER: What you have is a fault in the TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH SOLENOID  (TCC)   which is located behind the side cover of the transmission behind the drivers front wheel where the valve body is located.

QUESTION: Thks a lot I feel confident in that answer and I'm ready to tackle the remaining problem.  I wanted to know if u could provide any graphics or literature on exact location per vehicle and I hav seemingly read that it can be replaced by well knowledged diy like myself or do u only recommend certified pros. Can the part b removed and/or accessed through driver's side front wheel wale by removing tire n cover?
Thx for sharing the knowledge

Answer
If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information necessary to fix your vehicle
