Cadillac Repair: Heating question, vacuum leak, fulltime student

Question
I have a 89 Sedan DeVille, and the heat is not hot at all, the air blows from the defrost and from underneath, but not from the vents, I took the car to CarX and they said it was the blower motor and the blower resistor. For 605.00 they can fix the problem but the blower is fine. It is the temperature, not warm, and the vent is not allowing air to flow through. I am a fulltime student and I put this car on the highway all the time, no problem anywhere else but the heat, please help me figure this out.

Answer
You either have a simple vacuum leak to the AIR CONDITIONER PROGRAMMER or you have a faulty AIR CONDITIONER PROGRAMMER.

If you have any mechanical skills at all you can diagnose this yourself and fix it yourself with some professional help for less than HALF of what they want to charge you.
