Cadillac Repair: Electrical, worst cars, best cars

I have a 1993 STS Northstar ! My problem is that the electrical warning alerts, go bonkers... Saying the car needs trans fluid change , virtually everything! Also when the car is running it runs great performance is excellent. However there is no response from the Heat control, I can't adjust the heat or air in any way. And when I shut the car off the blower motor continues to run  Does this sound like the Body Control module ?

I love Cadillacs, but they can be a money funnel. Some of the best cars I have ever had were Cadillacs. The caveat to this statement though is some of the worst cars I owned were Cadillacs.
I can not complety address all your problems, but I can tell you where to get all the info you need.

For less than 30 dollars you can get all the factory diagnostic flow charts, schematics--everything!

Your heater problem is very common since the 80's.  Chances are the resistor block is bad. Very expensive to fix.
