Cadillac Repair: 98 STS Jump Started Driver Air No Blowing Hot, ford f350, fuse box

Question
So I took my car in today to have new tires put on and when they got it off the rack they had trouble starting it (this has never happened before).  I drive her around for a few minutes and everything seems fine (I didn't check on-board computer for volts), I go get gas, get back in and car won't start.  I have a Honda Accord try and jump start me and nothing, I have a Ford F350 Super Duty try and jump start me nothing.  So I go and buy a new battery and she fires right up.  However, now when running the air conditioning the drivers side are feels like the heat is on, passenger side air works just fine.  Did jump starting it fry the air conditioning?  I checked the fuse box and could only find one fuse for HVAC and its fine.  This is the fuse box under the rear seat near the battery.

Everything else seems to be opperationg properly.  Thanks advance for any advice - Larry - Central California

Answer
What you have is a simple problem with the drivers side damper door actuator which needs to be tested and most likely replaced.
