Cadillac Repair: 93 Fleetwood wont start, engine cranks, fuel pump

We have a 1993 Fleetwood that my husband was driving. In the middle of our trip on Saturday it just died. All of his technical experience pointed to the fuel pump, so today (monday) he replaced it. But even after replacing the fuel pump, the car still won't start. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Your question is very general. If the engine cranks, it has nothing to do with the factory so-called anti-theft system and is beyond me without having the opportunity to see the car myself. If engine does not crank, I might be able to assist you.
