My 98 Cadillac DeVille says Theft system problem Car may not restart I think its the wiring BUT i dnt no fo sho SO can u give me ideas? How much is it cost to fix?

First of all, your guess is as good as mine on the cost. You could have up to 50 problems that can cause the symptom you state. You need to take the car to a service center or a Cadillac dealer that has a tech II scanner that can plug into your car and possibly diagnose fault codes.
