Where is the fuse panel on a 1993 Cadillac Deville?

I believe there are two fuse panels, one under the dash or in the glove box, the other in the trunk.

If you want to know exactly where they are, page through the owners manual which should be located in your glove box. The most seldom read book has lots of specific information about the car.

The manual will give you the exact location and tell you what rating each fuse is and its location.
