Cadillac Repair: 97 Cadillac Seville SLS Outside temperature stuck on 127F, cadillac seville, volt ohm meter

My 97 Seville SLS outside temperature started showing high temps(90+) when it was cold outside and is now only showing a constant 127F. It is affecting the internal climate control, I have to set the temp at 85 to avoid be blasted by cold air. Is this something I can fix? Replace a probe, or is this a dealer only fix?
