QUESTION: Initially the alarm went off and drained the battery.  After jumping the car the radio and power windows stayed on even after the keys were out of the ignition and the door was opened causing the battery to drain.  We put a new battery in it and it drained again and we also replaced the BCM and the car will still not remain charged.  How do I fix this problem?

Answer
The first thing you need to do is to put an AMP METER on the battery cable and see how many amps is being drawn out of the battery with everything shut off as if you were parking it for the night.

If you read more than 1/2 amp draw on the battery, Pull a fuse and see if the amperage draw drops down to 1/2 amp. If NOT, replace the fuse and pull another one and repeat this process until you find the fuse that is causing the excessive amp draw and then we need to see what components operate off of this fuse and dissconnect each component one at a time just as we did with the fuses until we find the component that is causing the excessive draw and diagnose and fix it.
