WE HAVE A 1990 CADILLAC FLEETWOOD D'ELEGANCE AND THE LAMP TO THE DASH IS OUT.JUST WONDERING IS THIS SOMETHING WE CAN REPAIR ON OUR OWN. WE ARE UNABLE TO SEE HOW MUCH GAS IS IN THE CAR NOR CAN WE SEE HOW FAST WE ARE GOING ETC...YOUR FEEDBACK WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Hi,

Not real sure what you are refering to. There are many dash lamps in the instrument panel.

If you are refering to the dash lights, there are 2 things you should check. Turn on your headlights and make sure your tail lights arte working. Commonly because of the circuit wiring, if the tail lights don't work, the dash lights won't either.

You may just have a blown fuse for the dash lights or tail lights.

If you have the owner's manual, it will tell you where to find these fuses in the car.

Anything more than that, you will need to send the car out for diagnoses and repair.
