Cadillac Repair: anti theft cylinder, volt ohm meter, digital volt ohm meter

i keep waiting 3 min.  just starts over again  OH!my1991 eldo 4.9 is were im having the problem. JUst need to reset  or bi pass if possible

Let's FIX the system.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
