Chrysler Repair: Location of the Radiator Fan Control Relay Circuit on the 2002 Caravan, radiator fan, dodge caravan

I am trying to replace the Radiator Fan Control Relay Circuit on a 2002 Dodge Caravan.   This is to solve the DTC P1491 code that I found (engine light stayed on all of the time).  
Can you help me find the location of this part?

REMOVAL
Open hood.
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the radiator crossmember to front fascia closure panel.
Disconnect the relay electrical connector (Radiator Fan Relay).
Remove the rivet attaching the relay to the front bumper beam (Radiator Fan Relay).
Remove the relay.
