Cadillac Repair: 96 cadillac deville, cadillac deville, fuel system

my 96 cadillac deville starts and runs for about an hour or so give or take then it dies it will spin over but wont restart until you let it sit for about 30 minutes or so then starts right up do you have any idea what it could be
