Cadillac Repair: Left Turn Signal not Flashing, left turn signal, light bulbs

Question
QUESTION: On left signal, bulbs light up but do not flash.  Hazard flashes fine and right signal flashes.  Looked for 2nd flasher unit under dash but appears there is only one that works with right flash (can hear & feel it working).

ANSWER: There are only 2 flashers. One for the hazards and one for both right and left turn signals.

Turn ON the hazards and walk around the vehicle and see if any of the light bulbs are not flashing and let me know.

QUESTION: On hazard, they all flash.  I did however use my utility trailer to pick up our x-mas tree and the left signal bulbs flashed fine while trailer was plugged in.  As soon as I disconnected, left lights stop flashing. They remain on, just don't flash.

Answer
Turn ON the right turn signal and note how many light bulbs are flashing on the front and rear of the vehicle.

Turn ON the LEFT turn signal and see how many light bulbs illuminate, Especially at the rear as one of the bulbs in the rear may be burned out.
