I'm getting a message on my dash board speed limited to 90 and service stability system. The dealer say I need a computer road sensor module. Does anyone know where this is located and how I can replace it?

That is CORRECT. The manufacturer incorporated a speed limiter into the electronics and set it at a maximum speed of 90 mph.
