Cadillac Repair: Heater Blower 91 Cadillac, heater blower, temp control

I have a Sedan Deville 1991 Cadillac. The heater blower dosent come on unless i hit a bump, and sometimes that dosent even work. Also when i have it on defrost drivers side is cold and passenger side is hot. There is no seperate temp control for this it should be the same? I dont know what is wrong

You most likely have 2 seperate problems.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL MULTIMETER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
