Cadillac Repair: Windshield Wipers, windshield wiper, test procedures

Hello!

My windshield wiper on the passengers side has just all of a sudden stopped working but the drivers side wipers works just fine, do you have any idea why this happened?? How much do you think this is going to cost me without being completely ripped off??
