QUESTION: My turn signals sometimes work and sometimes they do not work. It seems strange as they will not work at all until the outside temp. warms up. By that I mean they won't signal at all first thing in the morning. They seem to work after the sun warms up. When they do work they flash at a quick pace like I have a bulb burned out but I have replaced all bulbs with no improvement. I have not been able to locate the hazard warning flasher. It is suppose to be up under the dash near the steering column where the turn signal flasher is but I only see one flasher unit at that location and I replaced it with a new one. Again no improvement on either turn signals working or hazard warning flashers working. Occasionally, the right turn signal will work at normal speed but left side always flashes quick as if a bulb is burned out. I am beginning to think that I have some sort of ground problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
