Cadillac Repair: 91 cadi seville system problem on console, fuel pressure regulator, cadi

My car has the words SYSTEM PROBLEM on the console and I did recently have a fuel pressure regulator replaced and yes the 12 pin black connector has the cover missing, what can I do to correct this issue?

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL MULTIMETER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
