Cadillac Repair: blowe stays on no heat, simple tests, simple test

QUESTION: Hi. Last week I told you that my blower is always running. You suggested that it was either the blower module, or the ac/heater programmer. I didnt have a chance to have it checked out yet. But today I went to put the heat on but no heat comes out. Maybe this new problem would amswer my question to which of the two soultions you mentioned to me to check out. Maybe I will be lucky to solve this problem and be able to tell my mechanic. No one in my house in auto handy so I will have to have it fixed professional. Thanks for all your help I sincerly appreciate it.

ANSWER: You STILL have to perform some simple test procedures, maybe a neighbor can do it if I provide the pictures and directions. The fault could still be either one or BOTH.

QUESTION: Can you please tell me what simple tests will be necessary, and how they can be performed. I do have a friend that is willing to help me out with this. You did tell me in my previous answer what the problems might be, but now we need to now how to perform them .What ever help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. I will copy the info you send me and give it to my friend. Sincere thanks for your reply.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
