Cadillac Repair: 93 cad deville 4.9L, climate control, test procedures

The service engine light is on, but when I jump A to B to read the code the Service engine lights just stays lit.  It does not flash the 1, then 2 and so on.
The heater control is out with a "C" on it and the fuel data also is out with a "C" on it.  Help!!

You do NOT use that method to retrieve the codes anymore. You use the climate control panel.

If you have this c letter in the displays, This is a BCM computer internal failure and it must be replaced.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
