Cadillac Repair: 1991 cadillac eldorado, cadillac eldorado, left bank

My check engine light keeps coming on so I ran the self diagnostic! I get the code EO46! I cleared the codes and ran the diagnostic again, same code! It is right to left bank fueling difference! What exactly does that mean and what do I need to do?

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
