Cadillac Repair: seat repair, cadillac deville, seat adjustments

I have a 1983 cadillac deville. when the electric powered driver's seat was pushed foward it got stuck. how do i repair this. tracks seem to be ok, electrical seat adjustments seem to be working, however the seat will not move

Either the seat switch and or the power seat motor assembly is faulty.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
