Cadillac Repair: 96 STS- continued TPS problem, test procedures, sts

Recently my STS engine was "racing" and showed codes PC0122 and PC1122.  We replaced the TPS but now a week later the same thing happened and the same codes reappeared.  The reads "low or intermittent voltage".  How do we fix this.  Thanks.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
