Cadillac Repair: Cadillac P023 and P025 codes, cadillac sts, diagnostic charts

I have a 1993 Cadillac STS Northstar.  It records a P023 (history- Ignition control circuit) and a P025 (Current -24x control circuit low) error codes.  The car runs fine. The diagnostic charts involve checking a 200hz signal (which I have no way to check), possible wiring problems, Ignition control module problems, as well as PCM problems.  I am looking for experience on what is the first place to look to avoid buying parts I do not need.  Thanks.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
